Lovely, well-equipped cottage in a very nice peaceful area. Owner was very pleasant also. Thirsk and Northallerton both worth a visit and Monk Park Farm is a must with children.

We love the peace and quiet at this cottage, just sitting in the hot tub looking at the view is a real treat, and the ramp up to the door is great for our Mum who is a little unsteady on her feet.
The owners are so nice and any query is dealt with immediately, they really do go the extra mile. Who could ask for anything more?!

First class accommodation, tranquil surroundings. Excellent location for a base to explore the area then relax in the hot tub at the end of the day, brilliant for a chill-out break.

We stayed in Holly Barn - it was our dogs first holiday with us, and everything was superb. The cottage was clean and modern inside, with a well equipped kitchen, and the cottage and location were ideal for a relaxing break. We would definitely recommend the cottage to others and hope to visit again.

The cottage is lovely and quiet, a home from home and the hot tub just makes the holiday fabulous. Our two young boys would not get out of it and nice and relaxing at the end of a busy day.

I would recommend this holiday to anyone. The fact that it was very clean, well appointed and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Dogs were also welcome in the property and they were catered for by a well fenced in garden. The surroundings were amazing and it was a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

I would recommend the holiday I have just had to family and friends as the location and surounding area was breathtaking. The accommodation was lovely and the hot tub was great - we came home feeling relaxed and chilled.

This cottage is absolutely wonderful! So well equipped, a real home from home. Fantastic hot tub with glorious views, a wonderful escape from everyday life. Will definitely be booking again, and our dog absolutely loved it!

The accommodation was fabulous and the nearby villages and towns were lovely. It was really peaceful and relaxing and the hot tub was glorious. The owners were really nice and welcoming and were available to talk to whenever we needed anything. A brilliant break for couples, families and groups of friends.
